Port Hardy Ford has the perfect opportunity for you! We are actively seeking a, Red Seal Automotive Technicians to join our exceptional service department.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Conducting Vehicle Inspections : You are responsible for conducting thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any issues or potential problems, ensuring the inspection is documented via Video Multipoint Inspection.
• Diagnosing issues : You will use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical issues with vehicles and adequately document the problem and recommended repair.
• Perform Repairs and maintenance : You are responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on vehicles.
• Communicate with Service Advisors : You will communicate regularly with service advisors to provide updates on the status of repairs and to discuss any issues or concerns related to vehicle repairs.
• Maintaining a clean, safe & organized workspace : You are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Measurables :

Compensation :

The total compensation range for the Licensed Technician position at the Applewood Auto Group is based on an hourly rate starting at $40 per hour plus additional hourly incentives based on hours produced, up to a maximum of $60 per hour. The hours produced are tracked bi-weekly and reset. Please note that this hourly range is provided as a general guideline and may vary depending on the qualifications and expertise of the selected candidate.
