Operations Coordinator
Salary Range - $60,000 - $70,000
Location - Guelph, ON
Mammoet is searching for an Operations Coordinator to join the Operations team based in Guelph. We are looking for candidates with experience in customer service, client relations, and administration. The candidate is someone who likes to be challenged, has a strong focus on customer service, and is flexible and adaptive. The job would require attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate and respond to changing information. The coordinator plays an important role in working with the Operations Planning team. They assist our planners build schedules to ensure our clients’ needs are met.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Capable of working independently across result areas under supervision, following set instructions and procedures. Primary tasks include data collection, processing, verification, and archiving; requires basic business process knowledge and attention to detail. Role involves information exchange, logical reasoning, and argumentation. Must be adaptable, able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
