Responsibilities include:Supervising, training, and motivating the tax team under your leadershipActively participating in mandate planning and making recommendations regarding staffing needsProviding clients with value-added solutions tailored to their strategic goals and organizational contextParticipating in the presentation of deliverables and ensuring they meet the client's expectations and needsActing as the designated quality controller on certain filesCollaborating with the partner to establish budgets and prepare service proposalsReviewing ongoing work and contributing to client billingIdentifying internal training needs and participating in the development and delivery of training contentTaking part in performance evaluations of team members based on the firm's competency framework
