Data Entry Specialist

Adecco is currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist for our client in London, ON. This is a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension, offering a salary of $20 per hour. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay rate : $20 / hour.

Location : London, ON

Shifts : Monday-Thursday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm and Friday 8 : 00am-2 : 00pm

New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities :

Preparing and sorting documents and data sheets for entry

Prioritizing data entries while managing sequencing and scheduling

Entering customer orders into the appropriate database software

Verifying the accuracy of data and making necessary corrections

Following established data entry techniques and procedures

Coordinating with supervisors to resolve incomplete information

Conducting data filing as required

Providing reception backup when necessary

Checking completed work for accuracy and addressing issues immediately Requirements :

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Efficient and precise data entry skills

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada

Experience with an MRP system is a plus

Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
