• Strong knowledge of plumbing and heating servicing.
• Valid Journeyperson plumbing license or HVAC license.
• Proven experience as a Journeyperson in Plumbing / HVAC.
• Strong knowledge of codes and regulations.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Excellent carpentry skills for pipe fitting and installation.
• Familiarity with hand tools and specialized equipment.
• Ability to glue, weld, or solder pipes and fittings.
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs.
