• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a Canadian University
  
• Professional Engineer Status recognized by the Government of Canada.
  
• Previous Mechanic Engineering experience specifically with HVAC and Plumbing
  
• Coordinating with Design & Project Leads to develop and troubleshoot conceptual designs briefs drawings and specifications.
  
• Conduct equipment design cost analysis.
  
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes permits and safety standards.
  
• Guide projects to be on-time within budget and meeting progress goals.
  
• Support Construction Services Team and Project Lead: review reports conduct inspections provide feedback guiding compliance to initial plans.
  
• Communicate with stakeholders vendors clients contractors manufacturers etc. as required.
  

Required Skills:

Bachelor or Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a Canadian University Professional Engineer Status recognized by the Government of Canada. Previous Mechanic Engineering experience specifically with HVAC and Plumbing Previous multi-unit residential buildings experience.
