We're looking for Customer Relations Specialists that want to grow and evolve within a company and have a long term career !


Start Date: October 15th

Advantages
- $46,000 - $50,500 Annual Salary(based on location)
- Full time, Permanent position
- Paid 4-6 weeks of training, followed by 2-3 weeks of mentorship
- 3 weeks of Paid Vacation & 3 Paid Personal days
- Rotational Shift Monday - Friday scheduling - Weekends off !
- Pension plan

Responsibilities
-Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
-Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.

Qualifications
- Strong English & French communication skills
- Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening
- Must have Strong Computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time. ( Multitasking )
- Strong Problem Solving skills
- Customer Service experience or Call Center Experience Required
- Able to work under pressure
- High School Diploma Required
