Healthcare Recruiter/Coordinator

Position : Healthcare Recruiter / Coordinator Location : Montreal Alternacare Inc. is a leading healthcare staffing and employment agency serving Montreal, Quebec, Ottawa, and beyond.

We have an immediate opening for a Bilingual Recruiter for our Montreal branch. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that will appeal to innovative individuals who thrive on challenge and strive for success.

The Recruiter's main responsibilities are : - Sourcing, interviewing and hiring staff - Scheduling all staff and notifying clients - Completing data entry and maintaining accurate scheduling - Maintaining excellent customer service relations with clients and candidates - Handling and documenting all concerns - Conducting orientation sessions and assisting with training new staff To be successful in this position, you must : - Hold a minimum of two years' experience in the service industry or a call centre environment - Have excellent communications skills, both oral and written - Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure - Be an energetic, flexible, highly organized individual with a self-starter personality If you have experience in the health care field, you are already a step ahead! Do you possess effective communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability and willingness to have courageous conversation with clients, candidates, and peers, and have a proactive attitude and great work ethic?
