Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field required; preference given to those with an MBA or advanced degreeProven track record of success in executive leadership roles within manufacturing and consumer packaged goodsAt least 10 years of senior leadership experience in comparable industries, with a minimum of 5 years as President and / or CEO of a similar business unitDemonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and profitabilityProven experience in building and leading successful New Product Development departmentsCapability to manage internal and external risks effectivelyDesired Personality Traits :
