Required Qualifications :
Currently pursuing an Agriculture-related Bachelor's degree or Agriculture diploma from an accredited program; Agri-business or Agronomy major preferred.
Completion of at least the 2nd year of study is desired.
Ability to work independently.
Proficiency in computer use (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Strong work ethic and high motivation.
Leadership and interpersonal skills / experience are desired.
Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently.
Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
Basic knowledge of farming practices.
An agriculture / agronomy background is preferred.
Job Duties :
Join sales representatives on sales calls with key retailers and farm customers.
Work independently to assist sales representatives in their territories.
Build interpersonal and communication skills while working closely with TMs and customers.
Assist in managing demo plots where product data is collected, analyzed, and summarized.
Contribute to social media content creation.
Maintain and observe safe working and driving conditions.
