Business Analyst – Salesforce – Affinity

On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for Senior Business Analysts to capture requirements, design solutions, and produce key BA deliverables—user stories, traceability matrices, training materials, and other documentation—to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Capture business and user requirements, assess alternative solutions, and develop business models.
• Propose and design solutions for functional and non‑functional areas.
• Maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix.
• Produce training material.
• Produce other relevant Business Analyst documentation as required.
• Collaborate with and support the project team.
• Work with both client and development team members to elicit requirements, write user stories, define goals, document requirements, and analyze business functions to become familiar with the business domain.
• Coordinate and facilitate workshops to elicit requirements that support the vision and needs of the business.
• Identify business workflows and determine stakeholder needs.
• Author test case specifications and requirements traceability documentation, and contribute to the compilation and execution of test plans.
