In the role of Assisted Living Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the delivery of quality care and services for our Assisted Living (AL) Residents at Hallmark on the Park community in Abbotsford in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.
About The Role
As the Assisted Living Manager, you conduct pre-occupancy interviews, assess potential clients, and provide orientation for new residents and their families. You develop and maintain care plans for both Health Authority funded and private pay residents, ensuring accurate documentation and effective implementation. You collaborate with the clinical services team and external health professionals to support wellness programs and best practices. You lead, mentor, and support your team, ensuring effective scheduling, performance management, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you manage the Assisted Living budget, track expenditures, and contribute to professional development and health and safety initiatives within the community. You model Baptist Housing's values and demonstrate servant leadership by the needs of others.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package with an annual salary range of $105,000 to $115,000.
