Job Type : 1-year contract with possibility of extension.

Location : North York, ON (Hybrid)

Pay Rate : $37.50 per hour.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Analyze retail data to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions.
Develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms.
Create data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to understand business needs.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess retail strategies.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and modeling.

Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.

Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.

Expertise in data wrangling and preparation.

Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with data science tools and techniques.
