Job Description
Reporting to the OHS Director, the OHS Coordinator will be responsible for :
Management of the OHS Canada DashboardManagement of OHS Canada statisticsTranslation of OHS documentsOrganization and communication : monthly team meetings with follow-up of actions (agenda, minutes, notes), as well as coordination of Team Building or other events as required.Management of the EHS Canada team calendar (travel, events, follow-up dates, vacations, etc.).Maintain non-conformance register and follow up on EHS actions.Administration of EHS mailboxes and distribution lists.Collect and analyze statistics on ISN, Cognibox and other platforms, as required.Development and formatting of documents for the team (design of document templates, Excel form, layout, revision, plan, survey, etc.) as well as data management.Collaborates in the development and implementation of various EHS programs, policies, procedures and tools;Management and archiving of EHS documentsSupport the team in the management of their EHS files.Performs all other related tasks associated with the duties described.Qualifications
Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or relevant practical experience;Experience in an industrial environment, an assetGood knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook);Bilingual (French / English);Skills requiredStrong planning, organization and time management skills;Strong written and oral communication, listening and problem-solving skills.Excellent synthesis and communication skillsAdditional Information
