General Managers lead a team of restoration and reconstruction professionals after traumatic events, such as a fire or flood, to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a GM, you will oversee company policies and direct activities toward long-range goals for growth and profitability. In a growing office it is imperative that you adopt the mindset of Player / Coach - you will wear many hats. This role will absorb responsibility for execution and leadership of all administrative functions including day-to-day Job Cost Accounting, A / R & A / P. If you are the kind of person that finds yourself eager to do more, loves to dig in and get things done and lead a team of Difference Makers this might be the role for you! There is a significant component of commitment required as the restoration business is a 24 / 7 operation however there is flexibility that comes along with the exceptional responsibility.
