Your responsibilities :

  • Prepare tax returns for Canadian and U.S. entities, ensuring compliance with
  • compliance with tax rules and deadlines in each country;
  • Prepare tax forms such as T1134, CDC, T4A, T106, etc., for corporations, taking into account
  • variations between provincial and state jurisdictions;
  • Collect and analyze financial data for tax purposes;
  • Analyze and interpret current tax legislation;
  • Update our tax tracking systems;
  • Perform various administrative and organizational tasks - general correspondence and

filing.

  • Support the management and application of indirect taxes for Canadian and foreign entities.

  • Your profile :

  • Degree or certificate in accounting or related field;
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience related to the responsibilities described;
  • Experience in an accounting firm;
  • Knowledge of US taxation, an asset;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Demonstrate good overall vision and strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent management of priorities, deadlines and time;
  • Ability to adapt to change and build positive interpersonal relationships

  • Concern for confidentiality;
  • Bilingualism (in this position, you will be communicating with companies in the US and Quebec).
