We are seeking an Administrative Professional to support our senior management team as we expand the brand.Our approach is to build our Team around the candidate's needs, tailoring "the job" to fit them.

As such, this role can be either full-time or part-time, depending on your schedule and capabilities.Position Summary : The successful candidate will provide support to the CEO and Team Leaders.

Responsibilities include : - Communicating with the Franchise Body & Corporate Team- Liaising with external resources at Papa John’s International, vendors, and agencies- Performing data entry and maintaining files- Generating, maintaining, and managing reports to support decision-making- Providing additional administrative support to the Team as needed- Reviewing and responding to emails- Undertaking special projects as assigned- Handling various administrative and clerical tasksRelevant Skills, Education & Experience : - At least 3 years of experience in a similar role- An Administration Diploma or equivalent is preferred- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written- Solid organizational skills, including analytical and problem-solving abilities, and handling confidential documents- Competency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines- Proficiency in MS Office suite, MS 360, and Exchange- Franchise experience is beneficialWe offer a competitive compensation and benefits program, including a company-sponsored RRSP program.
