The Role : Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for industrial multi-trade projects (millwrighting, equipment relocation, electrical, fabrication, welding, pipe fitting) Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents to develop scopes of work Perform site visits, job walks, and field measurements as needed to support accurate pricing Collaborate with internal teams to validate scope, methods, and material requirements Prepare material lists, labour breakdowns, and subcontractor RFQs Review subcontractor and vendor quotes to ensure alignment with project requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers Qualifications : 5+ years of estimating experience in a multi-trade environment Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical documents Valid driver’s licence with a clean record Willing to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario Competent with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) Licensed millwright or relevant trade experience is an asset, but not required We Offer : Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package (drug, dental, vision, RRSP matching) Regular company events and team-building activities An opportunity to join a growing and dynamic company What’s the Bullet Difference?
