Salesforce Project Manager

Position Description:

CGI is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce implementation programs. This role will be responsible for end-to-end delivery ensuring projects are executed on time within scope and aligned with CGI governance standards.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Lead Salesforce implementation projects from initiation through deployment
Manage scope schedule budget risks and dependencies
Coordinate cross-functional onshore and offshore teams
Drive Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
Provide regular status reporting and stakeholder communication
Ensure adherence to CGI project management and quality standards

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

10 years of project management experience
5 years managing Salesforce implementation projects
Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise implementations
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models
Excellent leadership communication and risk management skills

Desired qualifications
PMP SAFe or equivalent certification
Experience in financial services or CRM transformation initiatives
Prior consulting or system integrator experience

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70000.00$135000.00 This role is a future opportunity.
