Graphic Designer

In this role, you will have the opportunity to produce engaging visual content, both print and digital, to support all functions across the business (direct-to-consumer and trade).

As the Graphic Designer, you will work in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, and In-Store teams to design collateral for marketing projects for both the Culinary and Beauty sides of our business.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting with best-in-class marketing assets across all channels and customer communication touchpoints.

Job Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to) :

• Responsible for graphic design tasks (English, French & Chinese) designing and developing graphic design elements and layout for communications materials.
• Examples of marketing collateral includes digital display banners, website banners, email creative, social creatives / ads, video ads, animated gifs, newspaper / magazine ads, product catalogues, packaging, user manuals, store signage & displays, office stationery & forms
• Creating & editing video graphics for varies media.
• Support the execution of promotional campaigns and material for all ZWILLING brands in both Culinary and Beauty.
• Support A / B tests with variations of visual creative across digital channels to optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to support packaging design, according to brand guidelines, from layout to copywriting and producing / testing UPC codes.
• Support existing accounts / independents and gourmet retailers with co-op ads, promotional materials, POS materials, displays, all images and logos.

Someone who would succeed in this position would have experience working with both traditional and digital graphics, as well as video editing.

They would also have a solid understanding of customer behaviour and be able to work towards a tailoring the communications accordingly.

Qualifications

• BA, BFA, or MA in Design, Graphic Design or relevant background.
• 2-4 years experience in Graphic Design or Creative Services industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design and photo / video software (Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
• Proficiency for designing for web, mobile and print.
• Creative eye, copywriting and exceptional attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, patience and willingness to be flexible and re-adjust priorities as needed.
• Experience working with print and digital assets.
• Understanding of digital marketing trends to be able to design and optimize creative based on the customer journey & performance (ie. Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven nature with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Able to prioritize, proof and self-direct work.
• Able to work under pressure effectively.
