Compensation & Work Conditions

• Annual Salary (full-time equivalent) : $120,000 CAD
• Contract Duration : 6-12 months, with the possibility of extension
• Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (40 hours per week)
• Vacation : 4% vacation pay added to each pay period
• Start Date : ASAP

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) Specialist to lead and coordinate all on-site mechanical and electrical activities for complex industrial projects in St. Thomas, Ontario. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in MEP systems, hands-on project coordination experience, and a proven ability to maintain schedule, quality, and cost performance in highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another construction-related field, or an equivalent combination of technical training and industry certifications.

P.Eng. or P.E. designation is preferred .

5+ years of experience managing complex projects in Clean and Dry Rooms , Automotive , or Pharmaceutical environments.

Strong knowledge of relevant Ontario building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards for mechanical and electrical systems.
