• Proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills, handling customers and matching the pace
• Windows 10 Administrator, MECM Image management deployment
• Understanding of EUC role, Filed services
• Must have a good experience in Image Management
• Expertise with System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) components, Operating System Deployment (OSDMDT), Software Distribution Hardware Software Inventories.
• Expertise in maintaining and trouble-shooting the Windows (client and server) operating system.
• Strong knowledge of Windows10 (client) operating systems.
• Good knowledge on Service Now, MS Office, Remote Support, Mobility, Antivirus, Engineering Services.
• Experience with managing iOS, Windows Android devices in a Global environment.
