Our client, an organization with an important environmental and social mission, is growing rapidly and is looking to expand its legal team with a lawyer specializing in contractual agreements and their management.

This key role will require you to provide advice on procurement strategies, calls for tenders, contract management, and organizational growth. Files related to transportation, municipalities, and governance are just a few examples of the diverse range of mandates you will be entrusted with. You will have a real impact on our client's business operations and will be able to positively influence their progress by taking a position on legal issues that are important for the society of tomorrow.

If you have at least five (5) years of relevant legal experience in commercial and contract law, this in-house position offering a good work/life balance will certainly be of interest to you.
