About the Role

Stardust Energy is hiring motivated Field Sales Representatives to help homeowners across Red Deer and Edmonton transition to clean, affordable energy. This is a high-earning, performance-based opportunity for people who thrive in face-to-face sales and want to build a career in the fast-growing renewable energy sector.

You will be responsible for engaging homeowners in your assigned neighborhoods, educating them on solar and energy-saving programs, and booking qualified appointments for Stardust’s solar consultants.

What You’ll Do

• Canvass residential neighborhoods throughout Red Deer and Edmonton
• Introduce homeowners to solar power, battery storage, and energy-saving programs
• Qualify homeowners based on interest and property suitability
• Book and confirm appointments for in-home or virtual solar consultations
• Track leads and daily activity through company systems
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and compliant approach at all times

Compensation

This is a performance-based role offering:

• Commission per qualified appointment or closed deal

Training & Support

No prior solar or energy experience is required.

Requirements

• Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
• Reliable transportation within Red Deer & Edmonton
• Smartphone for scheduling and lead tracking
• Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
