Position Summary

Exam Team Runners play a crucial role in completing exam day logistics and venue set ups.

This role will :

• Exam venue set up and delivery tasks :
• Prepare and deliver exam bags for venues
• Load and unload stationery boxes for venues
• Bump in and bump out venues with tables / chairs and signage (as specified)
• Assist at exam venues prior to during and post exams
• Respond to ad-hoc requests for stationery / materials
• Sort and deliver exam bags to Schools
• Management of loan laptops (as required)
• Other general administrative tasks

A person engaged is generally expected to have the following skills and experience

Span of hours 8 : 00am 4 : 30pm (evening and weekend work may also be required)

Casual days during UNSW Examinations periods only minimum 15-20 days per term x 3 times each year
