Insertion Machine Operator (Night)

Our client, a business communications manufacturer, is looking for a Senior Inserting Machine Operator, (night shift).

• Operate and participate in the department production;
• Ensure delivery deadlines are met by prioritizing work accordingly;
• Validate personally or assign a member to quality control;
• Ensure the quality of the work completed by your team members;
• Ensure that supplies required for current and future production are available on the production floor;
• Follow up on supplies intended for return to the warehouse;
• Update procedures and passwords in the spreadsheet.
• Call for machine adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience with inserters;
• Asset: Experience with Bluecrest brand machines;
• Asset: Technical knowledge of high-volume production printers (ex. Xerox, IBM, Impact, etc,);
• Night premium: $2.50/hour;
• French.
