The Opportunity

Global Fleet Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Coquitlam, British Columbia . As the Junior Accountant, you will work closely with senior members of our Finance team and will be responsible for daily and monthly accounting tasks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Junior Accountant, your key responsibilities will include :

• Prepare and process journal entries
• Perform monthly revenue and general ledger reconciliations
• Perform monthly inter-company reconciliations
• Prepare depreciation schedules
• Prepare monthly consolidation financial reports
• Respond to inquiries from other departments regarding financial information
• Prepare monthly sales tax returns
• Enter and code invoices

The base pay range for this role is : $50,000 to $55,000 annually, depending on experience.

This is a hybrid role based in Coquitlam, British Columbia . Once training is complete, work can be performed from home 2-3 days per week.
