You will work on an online banking web experience, supporting service teams in providing solutions and capabilities that empower clients to be independent and confident in performing online banking tasks.
Skills needed :
- Content experience in digital product (UX writing for web and apps)
- Experience in mobile-first content
- Demonstrated ability to edit to the main client message
- Experience working in Lean UX / Agile project management environments
- Basic understanding of Interaction design, Visual Design
- Experience with usability research (focus on content)
Responsibilities :
- Collaborating with other Designers (Interaction Designer, Visual Designer, Content Designer, Design Research and Manager), to research and identify the client’s problem
- Creating and evaluating potential solutions
- Creating, testing and translating content
- Supporting and collaborating with cross-functional partners : product managers, project managers, business analysts, developers and quality assurance teams while designing and building the solution
