Role : Builder Territory Manager
Status : Full Time

Business Unit : Enercare Home & Commercial Services
Location : Home Deployed (Remote)
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales, the Territory Manager will be a vital member of the Builder Team and will be ultimately responsible for managing Enercare’s relationship with Builder and Dealers in New Home Construction and growing the customer base within the defined geography.
Responsibilities
- New business development
- Assist with sales strategy
- Work closely and build strong relationships with all functional groups within Enercare
- Represent Enercare in local Home Builder Associations
- Partner with new dealers, builders, and builder partners
- Offer day-to-day support for customers, dealers, builders and builder partners
- Accountable for overall customer care and satisfaction
- Assist with local sponsorships
- Responsible for maintaining and updating a corporate account database
- Additional Sales Management responsibilities to be cascaded from time to time
Qualifications
