We will achieve this by strategic and deliberate optimization of our cost structure while driving efficient long-term strategic capital investment management.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be accountable for accelerating the wireless wholesale capabilities of the TPS team.

You will accomplish your objectives by working closely with other Business Analysts to creatively build the Digital Transformation tools and assets that will enable TPS to operate efficiently at scale.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, project team members, and stakeholders to grasp the scope and vision of our TPS and EA Roadmap projects
  • Create business requirements within the framework of Epics and project scope
  • Lead and facilitate meetings and working sessions involving cross-functional stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
  • Coordinate and conduct testing activities, ensuring clear communication of test results to stakeholders. Monitor defects and ensure plans to rectify them are acceptable to stakeholders and the project team
  • Obtain sign-offs from stakeholders for activities such as process mapping and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide Go-to-Market and post-launch stability support
  • Establish trust with stakeholders by leveraging your profound understanding of project processes, operational applications, business products, services, and the TELUS Business Solutions (TBS) value chain
  • Spearhead and facilitate stakeholder discussions, driving key decisions to resolution
  • Pivot as required by leadership to meet critical needs of the business and team

Qualifications

What you bring

  • You bring 8+ years of experience in driving data-based decisions in a consultative style
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, operations, IT and other BI teams to build data assets that will drive product & systems performance
  • You are inherently curious, understanding how things work, often thinking outside of the box and creating options to work around constraints
  • Requirement gathering knowledge
  • Knowledge of UAT planning and execution
  • Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and proficiency in Agile methodologies, including tools like JIRA for project management and Scrum

Great-to-haves

  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or Engineering and / or equivalent experience in project management methodologies, principles and practices
  • Familiarity with TELUS’ wireless networks and operations support systems
  • Background in technology and / or consulting

Salary Range : $70,000-$104,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan : 12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits such as :
