Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing hydraulic systems for a variety of mobile and industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities :
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems and components, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and motors.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on hydraulic equipment.
- Assemble and disassemble hydraulic components for repair, rebuilding, or replacement.
- Conduct testing and validation of hydraulic systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Install and commission hydraulic systems for mobile and industrial applications.
- Service and repair industrial hydraulic presses and injection molding machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrohydraulic control systems, including sensors, actuators, and controllers.
- Interpret hydraulic schematics and technical documentation for repair and troubleshooting purposes.
- Collaborate with customers to understand system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Provide detailed service reports, including diagnostics, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company and industry safety standards.
- Support the sales and engineering teams with technical insights and recommendations.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in hydraulics, mechanics, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in servicing and repairing hydraulic systems, including industrial hydraulic presses, injection molding machines, and electrohydraulic control systems.Strong knowledge of hydraulic components, such as pumps, motors, valves, and actuators.Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical manuals.Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for hydraulic and electrohydraulic systems.Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and machinery.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with mobile hydraulic systems or other industrial equipment.Knowledge of electronic control systems and their integration with hydraulics.Certification in fluid power or hydraulic systems (e.g., IFPS certifications).Benefits :
