What we're looking for We're seeking a Marketing Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Advisor who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for marketing teams and leadership. You'll be at the heart of strategic decisions by analyzing digital, media, and customer performance across various tools and data sources. Employment Type : Contract 12 months renewable, full-time, hybrid position with mandatory on-site presence Location : Organization based in Montréal-Nord (1 day per week on-site, 4 days remote) Hours : 40 hours / week Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing and digital performance data in GA4 (acquisition, behavior, conversion, user journey).
- Explore, combine, and interpret data from multiple sources :
- CDP
- Marketing and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Standard digital marketing databases
- Formulate hypotheses, identify trends, and turn data into insights that address concrete business challenges.
- Write and run simple to intermediate SQL queries to extract and structure data from a CDP or data warehouse.
- Produce analyses, reports, and dashboards highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present results, findings, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders in a clear, structured, and accessible way.
Required Qualifications and Characteristics
3 to 5 years of experience in marketing data analysis.Solid understanding of marketing and analytics data ecosystems.Excellent command of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and digital performance measurement concepts.Ability to navigate various data environments (CDPs, media platforms, databases).Comfortable writing basic SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.Ability to transform raw data into strategic insights.Strong communication and presentation skills with both operational teams and leadership.Analytical mindset, rigor, curiosity, and strong prioritization.Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, is required for this role as you will regularly communicate with English-speaking partners.Experience in an agency or consulting environment is an asset.Familiarity with visualization tools (Looker Studio, MCI, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is an asset.Understanding of issues related to consent, data quality, and data governance is an asset.
