Join our dynamic team as a Functional Analyst and play a vital role in supporting our enterprise systems department! If you’re passionate about enhancing technology systems, and have a knack for improving business processes, we want to hear from you! The Analyst must have a detailed understanding of business processes, along with system set up and system configuration options. In this exciting role, you will map the requirements of the customer to the capabilities of JIBC systems. You’ll be at the forefront of conducting business process reviews (including documentation of current processes, business requirements and solutions and implementation plans), play a key role in supporting the successful testing of system enhancements, and will assist in the development and delivery of staff training plans and support materials.

What JIBC Offers
We offer a total compensation package that includes Extended Health and Dental Benefits, and enrollment in the Municipal Pension Plan after six months. In addition, we offer 15 vacation days annually (pro-rated in first year), as well as other generous leave entitlements.
Salary Range
$71,782.83 (with wage increments to a max of $81,904.41). Salary and wage increments are in accordance with the Collective Agreement. (BCGEU Pay Grid 23)

Work Arrangements
This is a regular, full-time (35 hours per week) position. Must be within a commutable distance to JIBC's New Westminster Campus. This position may be considered for a hybrid work arrangement.
