Job descriptionCollaborer étroitement avec les superviseurs de chantier pour suivre l’avancement des travaux et s’assurer qu’ils respectent les objectifs fixés. Gérer les éléments clés des projets, comme les listes de contrôle, les approvisionnements et les délais de livraison. Superviser les dépenses, les facturations et les ordres de modification pour garantir un contrôle précis des coûts. Maintenir une base de données actualisée pour suivre les coûts liés aux projets en cours. Vérifier les documents techniques et les dessins pour s’assurer qu’ils respectent les normes de l’entreprise et du projet. Assurer une coordination optimale des contrats et des documents pour les sous-traitants. Soutenir l’équipe d’estimation dans la préparation des appels d’offres et dans les échanges avec les soumissionnaires. Analyser les soumissions reçues et négocier les ententes avec les sous-traitants. Gérer les modifications requises pour répondre aux contraintes budgétaires, réglementaires ou techniques. Négocier et approuver les ordres de changement au besoin. Préparer et superviser la livraison des projets aux équipes de mise en place finale. Organiser des visites de présentation avec toutes les parties prenantes et obtenir les approbations nécessaires des autorités et propriétaires. Garantir la confidentialité des informations sensibles de l’entreprise et des clients. Effectuer toute autre tâche confiée par le responsable de la production. Expérience : Minimum 5 ans en gestion de projets de construction dans le commerce de détail au Canada (essentiel). Bilinguisme : Anglais et français requis. 7 à 10 ans d’expérience dans la construction, avec au moins 5 ans dans des projets de commerce de détail ou un secteur équivalent. Solides compétences organisationnelles, capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle et à travailler sous pression. Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment la suite Microsoft Office et des logiciels de gestion de projets comme Procore . Salaire compétitif basé sur votre expérience. Nous recherchons un gestionnaire de projets chevronné pour piloter des projets de construction dans le secteur du commerce de détail à l’échelle nationale. Vous serez responsable de toutes les étapes du projet, de la planification initiale à la livraison, tout en assurant une gestion efficace des coûts, des délais et de la qualité.
