Responsibilities :
- Architect, develop and maintain a comprehensive framework for web analytics instrumentation.
- Design, validate, and ensure accurate implementation of new data-capture strategies that align with business goals and reporting requirements.
- Lead the technical execution of analytics instrumentation through cross-functional teams, utilizing both agile and traditional project management techniques.
- Conduct regular triage and troubleshooting for analytics-related issues, providing guidance and insights to stakeholders and collaborators.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand web analytics data collection, with a focus on key performance metrics.
- Continuously assess and optimize the analytics framework to enhance its reliability, adaptability, scalability, and future-readiness.
- Foster collaboration with engineering and technical teams company-wide, sharing best practices and exploring new integration possibilities.
- Drive the efficiency of web analytics deployments by working closely with engineering teams.
- Address ad hoc requests for web performance analysis from technical stakeholders with promptness and accuracy.
Required Skills :
- Strong background in JavaScript , and HTML , and experience working with weblog databases and data warehousing.
- Proficient in JavaScript frameworks, preferably with experience in React , Angular , or component-based development approaches.
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and custom data capture systems (preferred but not required).
- Practical experience with tag management solutions, especially Google Analytics , GTM , and DTM (mandatory).
- In-depth understanding of web analytics data structures and related data.
- Proven ability to influence and promote the adoption of analytics tools and solutions among technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, especially when collaborating with engineering and marketing teams.
