Trainer

Tomlinson Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Technical Field Trainer and Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for having an in depth understanding of and training our field users to use the various applications required by our field personnel in technologies such as SAP Fiori, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Office / Teams, mobile devices and hardware, and various other line of business-related mobile applications including the related end to end process. This training and support will be primarily conducted in person and in the field at project and operational sites. In addition to training, this role will be a liaison between the field and technical team for troubleshooting and support of field interface and technology related issues.

Responsibilities :

• Develop / maintain and conduct training programs for field users on various applications and technologies.
• Manage the training schedule and ensure that all field users are trained in a timely manner.
• Provide ongoing support to field users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Work closely with the technical team to identify and escalate technical issues.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including user manuals and training videos.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the training program based on feedback from field users and management.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure that training programs are current and effective.
