The Role :

As a Sr. Marketing Project Manager, you will be an essential member of the Marketing team, overseeing our customer relationship management platform.

We seek a candidate with outstanding organizational skills who can ensure projects are completed on time, within specifications, and on budget.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about continuous learning, personal growth, and collaborative knowledge sharing within a rapidly growing organization.

A Day in The Life :

• Project managing marketing campaigns thru planning and delivery; from creating project plans, managing timelines & budget, flawless implementation, oversight of measurement insights and supporting the debrief ensuring ongoing innovation and improvement.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams ranging from creative to digital solutions ensuring all timelines are being met.
• Closely managing the financials of your projects.
• Building a great relationship with our internal clients, providing status updates, and constantly communicating with them.
• Owning and being responsible for every element of the project lifecycle.
• Being a strategic partner from proposing enhancements through to maintenance of platforms.

Are You The One?

• You have a proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing projects and leading complex digital initiatives while managing the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously; highly motivated and able to work against aggressive schedules.
• Exceptional communication skills (oral and written), adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to ensure alignment and drive project success.
• Excellent presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid relationships.
• You are tech-savvy with a strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, and other applications.
• You are flexible and keep calm under pressure.
