Job description

Responsibilities :

1.Inventory Management :

  • Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure the timely arrival of the correct inventory.
  • Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.

2.Data Analysis & Reporting :

  • Create and analyze weekly produce cost reports.
  • Generate daily packing sheets and setup sheets for the operations team.
  • 3.Order Management :

  • Create and place daily purchase orders to maintain stock levels.
  • Assist in making orders and ensuring they align with operational needs.
  • 4.Logistics Coordination :

  • Ensure B2B deliveries are completed on time by creating efficient delivery routes.
  • Coordinate with drivers and monitor delivery schedules.
  • 5.Operations Support :

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily activities.
  • Address any challenges or discrepancies promptly and effectively.
  • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Education :
  • College diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills and Experience :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of produce management and quality assurance.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • A quick learner with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Additional Requirements :

  • Must own a laptop to perform daily tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
