Position Description
As the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Showing vacant suites
- Answering prospective tenant inquiries by telephone and email
- Completing regular reporting on vacancy and metrics for management review
- Conducting open houses
- Addressing tenant issues
- Processing tenant application forms; completing background checks, etc.
- Supporting property management team with any other administrative tasks as required
Experience
In order to be COMPETITIVE for this position, you will have:
- Strong computer skills a MUST.
- Ideally experience with Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager /7s would be an asset
- 2+ years of experience as a leasing agent
Qualifications
- MUST be flexible with working hours and be available to work weekends if required
- Able to multi-task and work in fast a paced environment
- Have strong communication skills, able to manage client relationships
- Have excellent problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet
