Collaborating with Service Delivery Organizations (SDOs) and government entities, HCRRO aims to enhance healthcare workforce capacity by removing recruitment barriers, streamlining processes, and implementing modern retention strategies.
Position Overview
As a Business Analyst , you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that address healthcare workforce challenges in Manitoba. You will analyze healthcare service delivery, collaborate with key stakeholders, and develop models to enhance recruitment and retention efforts. Your work will directly contribute to increasing health system resources by engaging individuals currently outside the healthcare sector and improving licensing pathways for professionals entering the field.
