Job Description:

• We are seeking skilled Desktop Imaging Technicians to support a large-scale computer deployment project.
• The customer will provide all required images tools and procedures-the primary responsibility of this role is to image computers on-site and prepare them for end-user deployment.
• This is a hands-on on-site role ideal for technicians with experience in PC setup OS deployment and IT hardware support.

• Perform computer imaging using customer-provided images and deployment tools
• Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) for imaging and configuration
• Set up and configure desktops laptops and workstations after imaging
• Verify system functionality and ensure successful image deployment
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic imaging and deployment issues
• Label document and prepare systems for delivery or user handoff
• Work with project leads to meet daily imaging targets
• Maintain a clean and organized staging and imaging area

• Hands-on experience with PC/laptop imaging and deployment
• Knowledge of Windows OS installation and configuration
• Experience using imaging tools such as:
  • SCCM
  • MDT
  • Intune / Autopilot
  • Clonezilla Ghost or similar tools
• Ability to follow detailed technical procedures accurately
• Basic troubleshooting skills related to hardware and OS deployment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
