Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations and Supply Chain to lead and oversee the comprehensive operations of our wholesale B2B fashion business.

This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing ERP systems, IT infrastructure, warehouse operations, credit management, and sales coordination.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of supply chain logistics, and a commitment to optimizing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership :
  • Develop and implement the overall operations and supply chain strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Lead and manage a diverse team across ERP, IT, warehouse, credit, and sales departments.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • ERP and IT Management :
  • Oversee the management and optimization of ERP systems to ensure accurate and timely data flow across the organization.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to maintain and upgrade technology infrastructure, ensuring robust and secure systems.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance operational performance.
  • Warehouse and Logistics :
  • Direct warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
  • Optimize warehouse layout, storage, and workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Credit Management :
  • Develop and enforce credit policies and procedures to manage customer credit risk effectively.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and work closely with the finance team to minimize overdue payments and bad debts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to facilitate smooth credit transactions.
  • Sales Coordination :
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align operational capabilities with market demand and customer requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery to meet customer expectations.
  • Provide support and insights to sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting :
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational metrics, financial performance, and project progress to senior management.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and address operational challenges.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience with ERP systems (, SAP, Oracle) and IT infrastructure management.
  • Proven track record in managing warehouse operations, logistics, credit management, and sales coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in operations and supply chain management.
