Exciting Opportunity : Sr. Java / Node Developer (Hybrid) Fortune 500 Project in Canada.

We are seeking a Senior Java / Node.js Developer to join a high-performing team driving innovation in a Fortune 500 project. This hybrid role is based in Toronto, Ontario, offering the chance to work on cutting-edge cloud technologies and scalable solutions.

What You'll Do :

Develop and maintain robust, secure, and scalable cloud-based services.
Partner with product managers, software architects, and development teams to transform ideas into impactful solutions.
Design and implement cloud-based architectures using industry best practices.
Contribute to process improvements to optimize performance and efficiency.
Document, present, and share technical solutions effectively.
Work with top engineers, mentor junior developers, and stay ahead with emerging technologies.
Deliver high-quality, scalable code that reaches millions of users.
Make key technical decisions that shape the future of the product.

What We're Looking For :

8+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Java & Node.js.

Strong experience in designing and consuming REST APIs.

Hands-on experience with AWS services (CloudFront, DynamoDB, Lambda, S3, IAM, EC2, CloudWatch).

Proficiency in Terraform for continuous delivery.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve issues in production environments.

Experience with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, CircleCI, Spinnaker, etc.) .

Background in writing unit and integration tests

BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field
