Base pay range
CA$110,000.00/yr - CA$130,000.00/yr
We are recruiting a Clinic Director to oversee a growing network of community specialty clinics in the GTA and Central Ontario, on behalf of a physician led medical group.
If you have multi site healthcare operations experience and enjoy working closely with specialist physicians and clinic teams, this is a strong next step.
What you will be responsible for
- Overall leadership and performance of a portfolio of specialty clinics in Ontario, with more locations being added over time
- Operational and financial accountability for your clinics, including KPIs, budgets and EBITDA
- Coaching and supporting clinic managers and multidisciplinary teams (physicians, technologists, sonographers, admin staff)
- Hiring, onboarding and performance management, building a culture of high accountability and support
- Identifying bottlenecks and implementing process and workflow improvements to increase patient throughput and access
- Partnering with HR, Finance and Billing on people issues, billing workflows and clinic profitability
- Ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare standards, policies and regulations
Who you are
- 5+ years experience in healthcare management with multi clinic or multi site responsibility
- Direct experience working with physicians or specialist groups in a clinic, diagnostic, ambulatory or similar setting
- Proven track record of improving clinic performance through data, KPIs and structured follow up
- Comfortable owning P&L, budgets and financial metrics, not just day to day operations
- Hands on leader who likes being present in clinics, visible to teams, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Strong communicator who can balance physician expectations, staff needs and business goals
- Able to travel within Ontario as the portfolio grows, with occasional overnights when required
