The Opportunity

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a motivated Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Belle River, Ontario . As the Parts Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing sales and technical support to our Parts customers and the Service department, in addition to managing the receiving, delivery, and inventory of parts and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Providing Service Technicians with required parts
• Overseeing inventory and requesting required parts
• Supporting with the shipping and receiving of inbound and outbound orders
• Selling parts products and providing excellent service to customers
• Providing multiple solutions for pricing and parts availability for requested quotes
• Following up on outstanding quotes, working to close all possible orders
• Collecting payment from customers and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Processing customer credits and returns efficiently
• Recording all sales transactions and verifying receiving documents

The base pay range for this role is : $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonuses.

This is an onsite role based in Belle River, Ontario .
