Position Description

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at a Client office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Future Roles and Responsibilities :

• . Own end-to-end delivery of the Home Buying Transformation program, ensuring alignment to business strategy and customer outcomes.
• . Define program vision, roadmap, milestones, and success metrics in partnership with senior business and technology leaders.
• . Lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams across Mortgages, Retail Banking, Digital, Technology, Risk, and Operations.
• . Establish and run program governance, including steering committees, executive reporting, and decision forums.
• . Manage interdependencies, risks, issues, and change impacts across teams and initiatives.
• . Ensure alignment between business requirements and technology delivery across agile teams.
• . Drive consistent planning, execution, and tracking across all program workstreams.
• . Provide transparent status reporting, financial tracking, and benefits realization updates.
• . Influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts in a complex, matrixed environment.
• . Partner with change, operations, and training teams to ensure readiness and adoption.
• . Track and measure program KPIs, customer experience improvements, and operational efficiency gains.
• . Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and post-implementation reviews.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Experience in digital transformation or customer journey modernization is a strong asset.
