Base Pay Range

CA$22.00 / hr - CA$25.00 / hr

Essential Functions

Perform tasks involving physical labor and operate hand and power tools, wrenching, and tightening bolts.

Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.

Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.

Assemble components, examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies.

Verify specifications by measuring completed components.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies efficiently.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Perform general tasks required in a manufacturing environment.

Work in accordance with documented procedures and complete all applicable records.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

Ability to work without close supervision.

Effective communication and problem‑solving with supervisors and team members.

Proficiency in using a tape measure and a ladder.

Ability to use a torque wrench, impact driver, and grinder.

Mechanical inclination.

6 months to 1 year of experience in a heavy industrial setting or previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with power tools.

Experience using overhead cranes.
