Marketing Manager (Health / Insurance)

This open role in the insurance industry offers a unique opportunity to lead impactful marketing initiatives while working closely with crossfunctional teams. What is in it for you :

Salaried : $60 to $70 per hour.

Incorporated Business Rate : $74 to $84 per hour.

12month contract with the potential for permanent employment.

Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.

Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.

Hybrid work : 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with the Product team to design and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for optional member products including Life Critical Illness and AD&D.

Develop highquality omnichannel marketing collateral for external clients.

Lead the creation and delivery of digital marketing content using agency support and design tools.

Ideate and craft innovative creative concepts in partnership with a creative agency.

Execute marketing campaigns aligned with business metrics and objectives ensuring timely delivery.

Manage projects effectively in a crossfunctional environment meeting deadlines and content requirements.

Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Stay informed of digital marketing trends and integrate them into strategies.

What you will need to succeed :

University or college degree in marketing communications media or a related field.

5 to 7 years of experience in marketing including at least 2 years in digital marketing.

Experience in the health or insurance industry.

Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and materials that drive sales and product growth.

Strong project management skills including leading crossfunctional teams and managing multiple initiatives.

Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.

Excellent writing editing and content creation skills for impactful omnichannel marketing collateral.

Experience analyzing data and metrics to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.

Familiarity with the latest digital marketing trends tools and technologies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint Word Excel and Teams.

Positive relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of an organization.

Graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign are an asset.

Selfstarter with a strong ability to work independently while knowing when to engage with stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear actionable ideas.

French language skills are an asset.
