Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to lead the configuration, integration, and continuous improvement of SAP Ariba solutions within our SAP S / 4HANA environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring SAP Ariba solutions, integrating Ariba with SAP S / 4HANA, and ensuring seamless workflow functionality. This role will involve collaboration with business and IT teams to define detailed solutions and drive best practices in procurement and spend management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Configure the SAP Ariba solution suite following SAP best practices and standard Ariba functionality, utilizing workbooks and configuration guidelines.
  • Integrate SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, Contracts, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance with SAP S / 4HANA to ensure seamless data exchange and process automation.
  • Maintain and enhance Ariba workflow and approval rules , aligning them with corporate organizational hierarchy, Ariba requirements, and S / 4HANA design .
  • Support the design and refresh of the SAP Ariba Spend Analysis module, optimizing its capabilities to meet evolving business requirements and Category Management needs.
  • Lead the design, development, and configuration of SAP Ariba integration with SAP S / 4HANA , ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
  • Manage and provide guidance on data conversion, migration, loading, cleansing, extraction, and validation across SAP Ariba modules.
  • Support the enhancement of SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle Performance, and Spend Analysis) by introducing new functionality to improve system usability and efficiency.
  • Conduct workshops with business and IT teams to define the To-Be solution design , aligning with SAP best practices and S / 4HANA business processes .
  • Participate in all project phases , including planning, change management, communication, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support .
  • Manage and provide guidance on custom security groups , ensuring appropriate role-based permissions, scalability, and alignment with business needs .

Qualifications & Skills :

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Ariba configuration and integration with SAP S / 4HANA .
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba modules , including Buying and Invoicing, Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP), and Spend Analysis .
  • Experience in Ariba workflow and approval rules alignment with organizational hierarchy and business processes.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Ariba integration methodologies , including CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) and SAP middleware solutions.
  • Proficiency in data migration, cleansing, extraction, and validation techniques .
  • Ability to conduct workshops and collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S / 4HANA procurement processes .
  • Knowledge of SAP Ariba security roles and custom security groups .
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • SAP Ariba certification is a plus.
