Sales Representative Residential Sector

We are looking for aResidential Sales Representativefor theeastern part of Southern Ontario (from Oshawa, Cobourg to Prince Edward County) and Northern Ontario, including Sudbury and Timmins regions.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will:

• Promote Soleno’s products through regular visits to established and potential customers in the region.
• Develop sales objectives and strategies in collaboration with management.
• Identify challenges and explore business opportunities within the territory.
• Travel and represent the company to clients.
• Maintain regular contact with current and potential customers.
• Participate in promotional activities such as golf tournaments, trade shows, conferences, or other events beneficial to exceeding sales targets.
• Build lasting relationships with individuals, contractors, and distributors.
• Prepare presentations to demonstrate the added value of our solutions at various events or exhibitions.
• Apply and execute banner agreements with clients to deliver optimal and profitable solutions; handle complaints and propose suitable alternatives.
• Review bids and perform a follow-up.
• Communicate with different company departments to meet customer needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor’s offerings.
• Perform any other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma in sales or minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and business development.
• Solid knowledge of the hardware industry.
• Negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce (considered an asset).
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and teamwork.
• Bilingual English French is an asset.
• Willingness to be present on job sites and travel frequently
